Pros

They offered good package. Offsite opportunities. I joined the company by looking at the reviews in glassdoor. I think most of the reviews are added HR department because most of the employees are frustrated by the culture in company.

Cons

-It is a family business. not a company. -Higher management has a lot of attitude. They are considering employees as slaves. Will shout at you with no reasons. You can hear shouting almost everyday. -a good part of your salary is variable pay. You will get that amount only if you are a pet of your manager. -The only work done by senior employees is blaming others. -Worst HR department. Goverment offices are better than these people. The wont respond to call, mails. You have to go behind and beg them for each and everything. -Company uses a worst HR management tool 'Paywheel'. It makes HR peoples life easier but others has to suffer. -Former employees has to struggle a lot for pf transfer and other documents from tricon. -Employee turnover rate is very high. most of the employees are leaving before 1 year.

Pros

1. Flexible Timing 2. Good technologies

Cons

1. Worst culture( You have to call seniors as "SIR/Ma'am". 2. Male dominated. Female employees are treated very bad. They are asked to stay late in office. It goes till the cheapest level. 3. Very bad compensation. Pays less than service based companies too. 4. Overloading of work. Everyone keeps throwing responsibilities to each other. Seniors only here to enjoy late coming and parties. 5. Cheap HR team. They keep on trying to hire cheapest candidate available. Without caring of market standard. Variable component are deducted from most junior employees. Specially from female employees as they cant handle such pathetic in-office environment. 6. Office is like 3 homes in a narrow lane. that too are separated by other houses.

Toxic Work Culture with no proper delegations

Pros

They can pay you well at the cost of your mental peace.

Cons

The work culture in this team is extremely toxic, primarily due to poor leadership and lack of structure. There is very little alignment in the way work is managed, and instead of focusing on deliverables, the environment is dominated by blame games and unhealthy corporate politics. Processes are not followed properly, which creates a lot of confusion and forces team members to work multiple times harder than required just to meet their tasks. The lack of clarity and direction makes day-to-day work unnecessarily stressful and inefficient. While I cannot speak for the overall company culture, I can say with confidence that within this particular team, leadership issues have been the root cause of most problems. In the last nine months alone, nine leads have either left the company or moved out of the project, which says a lot about the unsustainable and toxic environment created here. Overall, this team suffers from serious management and cultural issues that urgently need to be addressed for the wellbeing and productivity of its employees. Moreover there is no such knowledge growth. They delay in processing the salaries also. #Choose your employer wisely

Tricon Infotech Response

Dear Triconite, We completely disagree with the statements made in this review. It appears that this feedback is based on a limited personal experience rather than an accurate understanding of our overall culture and processes. Tricon takes great pride in maintaining a transparent, collaborative, and respectful culture. We have zero tolerance for unhealthy workplace behavior or “toxic” practices, and any concerns raised through formal channels are promptly addressed through our structured HR and leadership frameworks. It’s unfortunate that you have chosen to generalize isolated experiences into blanket assumptions about the company. We would also like to clarify that Tricon follows a well-defined structure across all projects, and deliverables are tracked through transparent review mechanisms. Allegations of “toxic culture” and “poor leadership” are unsubstantiated and inconsistent with the experiences of the vast majority of our employees. We have strong systems in place to ensure alignment, collaboration, and fair conflict resolution. Leadership transitions, if any, are part of the normal course of project realignments and do not indicate instability or mismanagement. These claims are factually incorrect and exaggerated. As for salary processing, we follow a structured payroll cycle, and salaries are processed on time each month. Any delay, if it occurs, is due to policy-linked requirements that are clearly communicated to employees in advance. Tricon invests heavily in continuous learning, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities. If you were unaware of these opportunities, it only highlights a lack of engagement on your part, not a gap in company offerings. We encourage employees to take full advantage of the resources available rather than making sweeping statements about the lack of growth. Lastly, we advise the reviewer to share specific, constructive feedback through internal channels rather than making vague, generalized accusations. Best Regards, People Operations Team
