      Pros

      - Direct access to ownership - A few really good leaders - Continuing education was encouraged and supported

      - You will be spread thin and wear many hats but that's true in most small businesses.

      Been working here for a month and a half. Don't like it. Wouldn't recommend. You can do better

      None at all. Stay away. Unless necessary. You can do a lot better. Trust me. Hopefully that is twenty words by now. At least you get employee discount at food court

      Cons

      Basically everything you've seen in my review. Including no benefits, no paid vacation, crappy hours, and no airport flying discounts. First off, if you don't want to work 8-10 late hours on Saturday/Sunday, don't work here. The "breaks" are basically non-existent no matter how long the shift. You could be working for 8 hours and get yelled at if you sit down God forbid I rest my body for 5 minutes out of 8 hours. Also, be prepared to know Spanish because English is the second language at this place. Keep in mind that the airport is open 24 hrs because you can get scheduled whenever. I tried to take time off one time and they tell me 3 weeks into working that I need to sign a paper at the beginning of the week in order to get "considered" for it.

      Pros

      There is no room for growth. Only favoritism will get you paid. I trained the new guys and they come in making more money with no experience. Something is really backwards there.

      Cons

      Work on respecting all your employees and you will get better results. MORAL IS KEY.
