The Triad management and team have been the best group of people I have ever worked with. It truly feels like you are part of a family. I have always felt respected, supported, and encouraged by my fellow co-workers. Employees receive a generous benefits package. In addition, the Triad management has always encouraged team building, therefore each year several fun outings are planned and all of the team is included. :) On the rare occasion when a problem has arisen, my managers have always had an open door policy and have listened and promptly addressed the situation and offered a resolution. Lastly, during my time with Triad I have gone through two pregnancies and at no time did I ever feel unsupported. I was able to take time off for doctor’s appointments and my maternity leave with no pressure to return to work early.

Triad has been one of the best staffing firms I have worked for in my career. They provide excellent benefits, amazing commission structure along with a solid base salary. There does not to be a shortage of reqs to work on and the account managers work diligently to keep drumming up new business and positions to fill. From day-one, everyone at Triad has been helpful, supportive, and encouraging. During my first week, it felt like I was truly part of the team and family; not just "the new recruiter." At no point in my time at Triad have I felt that I could not turn to my managers and recruiting lead for help and guidance. Finally, the work/life balance is exceptional. I have yet to have any issues with requesting time off and the management has been supportive of me when unexpected situations come up.
