Pros
The only pro that I have encountered here is the chance to develop a mentor and friend with 2 of my former coworkers.
Cons
The management at this company is as unprofessional and unethical as you can get. They do not respect any employee that is not inside their "inner circle" and will use you and throw you away like trash. They are sexist and practice unethical treatment of women in the workplace. They do not appreciate the talents of their employees and allow their "directors" to get away with murder while holding other employees accountable for actions beyond their control or perpetrated by the "leaders." They've been known to lie to their employees as well, promising "benefits" - which later turns out to be one week of vacation that only gets renewed upon hire date, and three days of sick time. If you need to work remotely, you are forced to take your vacation time. However, other employees are given unlimited PTO to do with whatever they please. They have lied about promotions and have blatantly ignored the real leadership talents of the individuals within their company. They refuse to pay overtime and expect their staff members to work late and on weekends to get things done without compensation.
