      Pros

      The only real positive is the people you work with. They help make the job bearable.

      Cons

      This company promotes people to a supervisor role with no real experience who provides little to no help when needed. Instead of offering support, there's constant micromanaging and obvious favoritism, making the work environment frustrating. The on-call schedule is chaotic, with little regard for employees' work-life balance.

      None don’t work here this isn’t the only place in nm. You can do better don’t settle for garbage.

      Cons

      Worst most horrible Human Resources people I’ve ever had to deal with. Unprofessional and down right evil. Protect the horrible workers because of their nationality and afraid of law suits. They allow sexual harassment of their good people and if you report horrible things you will be attacked for it by evil HR.
