Management is very forgiving the first month, but if you have any questions or don’t know how to do something after that they embarrass and yell at you for it. The expectations of your job change from week to week based on management’s whims. It is impossible to get certain participants to participate which makes it look like you’re slacking. You will be bullied if your personality deviates from perfect in any way. They only care about getting enough contacts with participants a week to keep the county happy, not actually helping. I was told to lie in my case notes by management multiple times which is against my ethics.
