      Worst Company I've EVER WORKED FOR! Good Reviews Are FAKES!

      Pros

      So far as Trextel, the company, there were none! Some of the employees were nice but most of the time they were sad and depressed from working at this place from what I experienced in all honesty.

      Cons

      Poor working conditions. Unorganized training. Not focused on maintenance resulting in poor service, not to mention VERY HIGH turn-over rate. From my experience, they use field tech contract websites such as Work Market and Field Nation to complete customer work at a very low cost but sell to clients as if the techs actually work for them and profit! WOW! Liars!

      Pros

      The employees working their tails off. They do try with incentives like lunches and snacks end of week.

      Cons

      Pay versus amount of work versus life work balance. Promoting within is a joke. Inside story here is do your job and you stay in that job. Kiss up , speak a good game and that manager job is yours. Yep learn them buzz words. The buddy system is the only real criteria.

      Pros

      None, I enjoyed my team mostly because we had each other’s back through difficult days but there are no Pros for any PMOs, CEO or PRESIDENT.

      Cons

      Plenty of “Cons” Considering the fact that myself and others were sexually harassed at this place I would have to say none at all and so happy to be gone from Trextel. Sadly, while working there I made reports about a specific person coming on to me agressively and even submitted notices to management that I have records on amoungst other ladies dealing with this same individual and NOTHING WAS DONE! The person still works there because of their credentials and how it benefits the company, just SICK! They just brushed it under the rug. This is 100% true. Male dominated company while women come last. This is not an equal opportunity company. Think twice before considering employment here, it’s not worth it.
