Pros
Excellent people to work with and where you can learn a lot. The projects are interesting and challenging and the collaboration with the clients is very good. You have learning opportunities (Udemy, Marcel Classes, Paid Certification Exams etc.).
Cons
For some people this might be a dealbreaker, but for me is not. The trend is that more and more days are requested to be at the office.
