      Great platform to reach the peak of core technical..

      Cons

      Need to do lots of circus to get your actual salary as mentioned in offer letter. More dedication work impacts -ve feedback on your job. Sad but truth: Illiterate newly joined Probation period VP's can fire 2year experienced employees. No soft corner & no sense of humar, Managenent failed to monitor and Not capable to review everyones performance. No time sense. No proper training program for freshers. Lots of confusions for this existing employees whether to continue work or to break the bond. Brain wash sympathising by giving gifts to only experienced people.

      Get to learn a lot every person o floor is ready to help you at every stage. Can ask senior to assign you some new task to learn new things. Work from home for unlimited time.

      They don't have project and takes advantage of freshers. They didn't provide actual salary what they have mentioned in an offer letter. Worst Management No Learning Opportunity No Career Growth If You just want to get in the company for the sake of job then spoil your future. Even girls work late night often.
