Monday through Friday hours. Physician and nursing staff are great. Many locations close to Vero beach

Poor management by the CEO and the board of directors. They have ran out of funding the professional staff was forced to go without a paycheck. Large turnover of medical staff because of management

The patients make working for the organization worth while. The staffthat works with the patients and families are caring and compassionate. They are some of the best in the industry!

Cons

The senior management is completely disorganized and out of touch with the working staff in the field. They lead though intimidation and fear. You are ok as long are you are on the "good" list but once you get on the "bad" list watch out., it's hard to get off.
