      All Positive review that you see are of current employee they are forced to write this.

      Cons

      Only cons are there.The worst CEO. Good for nothing. Highly biased and no ethics at all. Definitely they will have to pay for their karma. Random firing is highly common. However good you are they insult you that you know nothing. so no point in working here. they are black listed from various institutions and are worth nothing. stay away from them. Its worst place to work for, so do not accept an offer from here if you wish to spoil your life then go for it. You will find more cameras than in a bank. The CEO always keeps an eye on you and keep pinging you on Skype and the most important thing is he has access to your email and keep checking your email id by logging into it. - Don't provide you the experience letter. - No Salary steps are provided.

      Hello Again. You say you had worked here for less than 2 Months. Contract / Temporary entry level junior staff like you DO NOT know in few months time about who is running the company and how the CEO is . I would request you (can't name because of GlassDoor policies) to stop spreading negativity here and focus on finding a new job. No point posting multiple negative reviews using different id's here. Putting similar efforts in a constructive job hunt would instead bring results for you and hopefully you will get over with this phase. We have had so many interns and most of them are still in touch with me. They appreciate whatever we have tried to give them. We have 10 + year experienced people working here for 5 + years as they know this is the best opportunity of life term they can get it. People who left from Trawex after working here for many years are working for many MNCs across the Globe. No one is ruined their life here as we consider our employees are our best asset. Your life was in different situation prior to join here and an offer have been made for you on sympathetic grounds. I would again like to emphasise that your behaviour, lack of discipline , lack of honesty and integrity , customer complaints was reason you were relieved and instead of improving as a person and becoming better at what you do, you are wasting time doing this petty stuff that will not help you in anyway and won't really affect the company.       worst experience of a lifetime

      To learn to never work in a startup ,which don't have a process or a goal.

      Cons

      Joining letter given after 3months that is not told at joining . 3months notice paper that you get to know when you get the joining letter. No salary slips. No membership plans and card as mentioned on the website. None of the website as mentioned in the portfolio are working (most of the wesbites down) Remote location outside the city . In a 2 bhk house. Systems monitored by monitering software And hidden mics to record conversation. No use of software management tools.(git) Nothing new to learn .same thing devloeped Unrealistic that the projects will complete. Fooling the employees by telling the company is an mnc. unexpected firing of people. Too much expectations ,employees loaded with multiple projects 7 days working with 10 hours of shift. I am very concerned about your comments of your experience with our management team. It is with utmost disappointment that I reply to your feedback post on your one month stay with us . As communicated to you in detail while you were here, we take strong objection to Non Performance and your biased and unsubstantiated way of working. We deeply dismayed by your repeated attempts to malign our company name on frivolous grounds . The Leadership team at Trawex were extremely gracious in supporting our Team and serving our customers and the deplorable comments that you have put up as feedback are nothing but a complete travesty of truth and has been executed with a seemingly malicious intent. Since you have worked for an entry level post and left in one month you may not have got your joining letter. However all our employees get it on time upon completion of probation Period, if any. You don’t have any idea of a single project we have worked on , hence you cannot comment on our portfolio websites are working or not. All our customers are highly successful and does millions of transactions and millions of dollars of revenue Month on Month. Pls do not comment on something you are not aware of. Most of our employees are happy with our office Location which is situated in a beautiful serene atmosphere and completely owned by Trawex. System / Performance monitoring done by all companies not Trawex alone. We have only 5 days working with just one Saturday working in a Month and we do not have a 10 hours shift. We shall also be writing to the Glassdoor management to immediately take this discreditable post off their review site which is full of lies . Regards HR Manager

      The company rules is worse than school

      There are no pros whatsoever.

      Cons

      There is only cons about this place. The atmosphere is so bad. They Do not let you talk to anyone at all. Cannot be friends with anyone. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Was expected to sit in one place for hours and hours. They expect you to show fake interest for their company and force you to extend your timings. Can not use phones at all because someone or the other like the HR will complain to the CEO. Please think more than a 100 times before joining here. Or maybe, don't think at all to join.
