Too many- 1)Worst Management,chaotic planning and you will be bombard with too many mails,too many call outs and too many people to inform. 2)Management does not want to take any accountability so you have to justify yourself all the time. 3)Too much firing,opportunity to learn but they will not give you time for this.Management expects you to work 24*7 if you want to grow,otherwise fired. 4)No transparency,perception based decision from management. 5)No people management. 6)No job security,even if you are working good,if they find someone working more than you they will fire you.People work here to save their jobs. 7)Join this company at your own risk and if you think you can work 24*7 ,you can learn a lot!
