Pros

Interesting sector, company and staff are not of the highest quality, many senior people there due to connections. Awful company and employees are scared there.

Cons

Not reliable, not trustworthy, impossible to achieve career goals, senior management look after friends not a meritocracy environment, ruthless, obtuse and rife with corporate bullying. Liars, dishonest, self centered, too many people doing nothing, depressing environment, will promise the world and not deliver.

Pros

Great people working hard on the front lines. Good living conditions on their vessels. Good pay for the industry but losing ground to shore based companies.

Cons

Stagnant pay and erosion of benefits since 2014. Has demonstrated a lack of loyalty towards workforce while expecting unwavering commitment to their values and policies.Cuts have hurt the people working on the rigs while the managers and executives make bonuses and move into new shiney offices.
