Pros
401K plan right off the bat. They offer full insurance after 3 months of employment.
Cons
Toxic environment, Management was bad at communication with staffs, the owner would talk down to people, and thought we were below him. Work/life balance was bad. They dont have empathy towards employees. The 'employee handbook' rules are ridiculous. The pay scale is awful. I would steer clear of this company if at all possible. You will get vacation and sick time after the 1st year of employment, but those are pro-rated unless you start in January.
