I feel like the recruiter misled what the job was meant to be for me. As a newer clinician, FFS is not sustainable as I did not have much money to hold me down for the first 2 months where I was building a caseload. This work requires you to be able to sell yourself more as a provider to patients who gravitate towards what your identity is versus directive, techniques, and specific skill sets.

Very profit driven Therapists are viewed as interchangeable. Hired on more staff while others staff caseloads not full No drive to develop staff or help build a caseload. Very high turnover in staff Very poor supervision, supervisors who seemed very stressed and unhappy Seems to depend on your supervisor if you will have an ok time, even the good supervisors are very busy. Very poor training Low support for Masters level clinicians. Do not, under any circumstance, start your career with this company. Ethics are lacking. The company is very focused on profit over client care. An example is they will not let clinicians work two weeks’ notice- they’re too concerned about losing clients ($) even if there’s no intention to take any clients with you. Transfer of care is not a concern in their eyes.
