There are no pros only cons in these companies.

Cons

Pathetic company for freshers, They promise big things when you join like - Big projects, Onsite opportunities, etc. They put me on bench for my entire tenure with the company and asked me to leave after 1 year saying that we don't have any project. The company is not doing good, they can shut down anytime. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THEM!

Worst management. Client oriented, will not listen to employee. No standard procedure for leaves.

TransformHub has plush office spaces right from day one. Having our base in Singapore, we always had the culture of high productivity and never believed in fixed office timings and micro management. Post pandemic, all our associates have been given the flexibility to work from home, though our offices are functional 24*7 and employees can walk into the office whenever they feel like. We are a performance driven organization where associates are always recognized and rewarded for their overall contributions. At TransformHub, we maintain a very open and empathetic culture. As an organization we are committed to action on all feedbacks for continual improvements.
