Beware: Company is having financial problems. Forecasts and budgets are "adjusted" and money is shuffled in odd ways in order to please private equity investors and the banks the company works with.
Transfast positions itself as a fintech company, in particular its corporate and online businesses, but is really just a cheap, old school, mom & pop remittance shop. Don't let the Wall Street address fool you, cockroaches are often seen in the kitchen and in the dilapidated general office area, which reflects the state of the business overall.
Every employee at Transfast in the US is looking for another job. No one competent remains at Transfast by choice beyond about six months (except the ~10 employees with equity from years ago or those with no education and thus no options). Yelling bosses and crying employees are common for all to see.
Transfast commits to but never pays bonuses as sales and financial targets are unrealistic and thus never met (or other excuses are made). Equity grants are never given despite written commitments. Raises, even inflation adjustments, have not been given for at least two years.
CEO cannot focus, has no vision, has no management skill and tolerates employee fraud and illegal activity. He has not grown this business, but rather this business has grown in spite of him due to globalization. This gets worse as the company grows and he cannot adjust his micromanaging style. He has no eye for talent and promotes those who agree with him most vociferously, rather than those who are competent. It's a wonder his PE investors haven't replaced him.
I highly advise against getting mixed up in the mess that is Transfast.
