      Pros

      Absolutely none They are in Canada, Washington and Oregon.

      Cons

      Run bro! It's a grind. They pay you salary and little commission and you work off the chart hours. 70 hours a week if your lucky. Super labor intensive, no breaks. They don't care because your salary.( America law) Against the law!! Salary employees should get no more than 49 hours a weak. Another example of a company exploiting workers from this economic windfall.

      - Environment is laid back and friendly, and they nave a unique knack for hiring good people who work hard and are easy to get a long with - The management team has an open-door policy and works hard to develop personal relationships with employees so that they can best support them
