Pros

Everyone at the company is very approachable and friendly. The work culture and energy from most of the team is great, each member cares about what they do and they encourage progressive growth towards our goals and new ideas.

Cons

A lot of areas are being reviewed right now and changes may occur. While for the best it may cause disruption for some and pivots in on-going projects.

Friendly atmosphere, must love teaching

Pros

Flexible work hours (except summertime and when teaching in the classroom) The ramp-up period for an instructor is designed in a way to accommodate many different learning styles (one-on-ones, videos, activities, TA days, etc.). Warm, inviting culture of inclusivity and transparency (transparency in actual work performed).

Cons

Pay does not just go up every year. Mgmt would claim it must be earned, but various promises don't always come to fruition. "The show must go on" - rain or shine, unless Covid, you must be in the classroom teaching. Travel (depending on location) can be burdensome.
