Ability to communicate with management and labor effectively. Opportunities to meet with people from all backgrounds. The ability to provide life lessons and knowledge to employees. Leadership, skills and training from managers. No micromanagement and the company overall trust to allow people to do their jobs and tasks to their best abilities. The warm family atmosphere and attitude towards each other without being judgmental, which encourages great growth and development. Great training and safety lessons for all. Issues are addressed in a positive and timely fashion. Let’s face it, we are all human and life is chaotic enough, so why not try something different than tearing down each other. Let’s take a moment to reflect and appreciate each other in this moment together. Encourage a smile, a friendly greeting and a kudos from time to time. I’m able to tell my friends and family about my job and how much I love working at Traffic Plan. My son at four years old wants to work for Traffic Plan.
