      Only pros were some of the coworkers.

      Cons

      Upper management not trained or aware of job specifics. Regional and corporate are unable to fix or resolve any problems big or small. Employees getting promotions dont know their rear ends from their elbows. The pay is sub par. Benefits are make believe. Hands down worst place I've ever worked in my entire life. McDonalds at 15yr old was better managed.

      Good hours in the summer was able to obtain my certificate and certification

      They don’t believe their Certified traffic control supervisors . You get no traffic control plans, so you go in to the job blind half of management have no clue how the job works none of my managers had any knowledge of how to do the job they have no respect for any of their traffic control supervisors they question everything Management sucks
