      - Pay in this area for this type of job is decent ($18.00/h)

      Cons

      - Pay is still not enough to put up with the disorganization, unsafe procedures, and lack of training - You and/or your patients will get hurt on this job; they do not care about the employees or the residents - PTO is accrual - You're going to be working mostly with low-intelligence women and there will be drama over everything (I am a woman)
