      Inexperienced Leaders, Favoritism and Hypocritical

      Pros

      The people in the trenches doing the work. The facility is nice, events are fun, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      The most significant cons of Traders Insurance are the lack of experienced leaders in the bodily injury claims group. The favoritism is seen in the choices executive leadership makes when promoting internally, the number of claims people get (or don’t get) and the one sided direction that’s taken because the ECU managers wants to. The COO is alway talking about the company culture but is disconnected from what’s actually going on.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Casual atmosphere with room to grow with the company. Strong sense of family and inclusive environment. I've never had a better employer in my life. My boss and team value my time, work ethic, and insight on claims, company concerns, etc.

      Cons

      Computer systems are dated, but easy to learn and use.
