Franchise owner played favourites Franchise owner practiced constructive dismissal - changes shifts erratically, cuts hours and ignores non-favourites in hopes that they will quit, and I quote "[he] will make it so miserable here that they'll want to leave" Franchise owner encourages sales staff to lie about how the products work
