Pros

flexible mobility policy spacious, clean offices parking on-site interesting projects, leveraged by the large group (GDF)

Cons

Unattractive salary, even including benefits. Therefore, they don't actually manage to attract experts in technical fields. Brussels location is close to impossible to reach with public transport. Culture of inefficiency in HR / payroll / IT support Flexible hours policy is pointless because you still are expected to start before 9, making it impossible to leave after the morning traffic rush.

Cons

-Very low effort on keeping experienced engineers in place but instead hiring fresh engineers -Junior teams' making some mistakes in the calculations of key energy projects -Leads of engineering teams' not communicating some of the major errors to the clients -Informal behavior of some managements -Location -Salary -Work/life balance -External short-term employees' outnumbering the internal employees

- Some very interesting international projects in the energy sector - Possibility of playing transversal roles mixing expertise, project management and business development - Nice and interesting co-workers

Cons

- Salaries lower than benchmark in the Belgian energy sector - Cost-cutting policies leaving e.g. very few room for training - Lack of good management and mid-senior experts to ensure transfer of knowledge and quality - Uneven distribution of work and pressure among staff, with only limited incentives to achieve high performance
