Pros

Nice new office space - that's it.

Cons

Unfortunately, the office space does not make for a good company. Leadership is lacking vision and integrity. So, how can you expect adequate focus? Also, communication is non-existent, except for the constant stream of gossip and whispers around every corner and unfortunately, starts at the very top, which erodes everything as it trickles down.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

The company had a freeze in compensation for all employees making over 50K a year with the exception of the executives. Executives like to cover each others back but don't look after the regular "Joe"". It is common to hear the 4 letter word and other profanities. Environment is hostile. The only culture they know is a "macho"attitude. There is no opportunity for advancement as bonuses are only awarded to just a few and there is no structure. There is no 401K match. This is a good place work for someone who is comfortable with a pay check with no hopes of ever getting a pay increase or receive any recognition for their hard work.

Pros

There are no pros to a hostile work environment

Cons

No upward mobility, management and training is very lacking. The “executive director” is very unprofessional, shows favoritism, and enjoys to promote a hostile work environment, complete with bullying. Cooperate has an “open door” policy but if you bring something to their attention then you get “my hands are tied” response, along with the now CEO, won’t let me do anything to him he has complete control and I have none. The office itself is very tense and unhealthy. If you do have any advice on improving the equipment-don’t waste your time. It will fall on def ears. The “executive director” does not care about public safety, only lining his pockets with the all night dollar. He will tell you that he is untouchable and is not going anywhere anytime soon, he makes it very clear that the low level employees are replaceable. If you do make a complaint to HR then plan on working in the most hostile environment ever.
