Pros

My supervisor and co-workers are good people. The lab is also relatively new, which is very nice.

Cons

Reckless salesmen who don't first check to see what capacity the Reservoir Analysis Lab can handle before cutting deals with their clients; hiring managers who greatly expand the sales and field collection teams but don't properly staff the lab to make sure the new influx of work can be handled in a timely fashion. Oops?

Pros

Depending on your position, tons of overtime is available. Benefits are pretty decent, too.

Cons

Toxic environment. The training is extremely poor and favoritism runs rampant.
