I don't find any good reason to work with Toyo's Speciality Business Unit
Cons
1. Favouritism (No Company Rules and Regulations for favourite Personal, they can do whatever they want they are always right) 2. Snooping (Favourite Personal are assigned a task to snoop onto other hardworking emp. To make more out of them in order to balance the non performing favourites) 3. Personal attacks (Top Management enjoys Personal Attacks, exploit week points) 4. Swaering ( often a practice to pressurise) 5. Blame Game( If any good work, that's coz of me any bad that's coz of you) 6. False Promises (Top Management is not transparent and has a habit to promise lot of things which they will never full fill.) 7. No Future Concrete Vision and Business Prospect.
