      members can act entitled, you can't say no to members, lots of miscommunication on staff

      great environment, terrible management

      Pros

      some pros of town point are the staff care and are helpful to one another, allowed one employe meal per shift.

      Cons

      tip share every server was on tip share from banquet to dine in. management was inconsistent with scheduling some weeks 30+ hours others 15.
