Cons
- Poor Management due Management close personal relationships outside of Work. - The "social" culture is more like being back at school and not representative of working cultures at other companies. - team Leaders and Directors have their meetings with your clients that you won't be included in but you're expected to do all the groundwork - Not encouraged to do face to face meetings which aren't good for promoting a good relationship - as an operation Consultant, you will you will be given a RIDICULOUS workload to manage.
