Pros

employees are responsible for their productivity

Cons

missing paychecks for all US employees on multiple occassions; CEO changes business plan randomly; CEO lies to employees; CEO is the only salesman; can't deliver on promises made to clients; high turnover with employees; no one has a long term commitment to Touchbase; join this firm at your own risk.

Pros

No typical corp. BS. Simple focus and everyone does their part for the whole to succeed. Relaxed atmosphere. Clear goals. Great place to work.

Cons

To work for, no cons to speak of. Really happy to be working for this company. Ability to work from home is also a great plus.

Pros

Flexible work environment with excellent pay, the teams are always cherry and fun to collaborate with. Work Happy hours and Friday lunches are always a blast. If you have an interest in another area of the business your explorations are always welcomed and sometimes rewarded.

Cons

Resources are sometimes tight, but if you can be flexible then it never feels like an issue.
