I didn’t find any Pros here. Only my manager was supportive.
Cons
Salary is worst - less package n breakup is done for fixed and variable. Hybrid work model is partial based on candidate & unnecessary rules. Work culture is bad, some employees were terminated with silly reasons when they need to cost cutting.
