      I cannot think of any cons

      Cons

      Toxic working environment. The manager has his favourites & is blatant with his bias view of them. He he has no managerial skills or qualifications. Cannot speak to him, as cannot trust he will keep it confidential. Blatant bullying which actually got one member of staff promoted to a senior member of staff. No support or compassion for the non favourites. Everyone is scared of being sitting ducks, with such a high turn over of staff. Would not recommend working here to anyone.

      Friendly colleagues, great atmosphere, generous break times. Lovely office and great bunch of peeps, great location for bus routes and lots of parking
