Pros

pay could be good if contract weren't so bad

Cons

Watch out for shady contract this company wants you to sign making the therapist liable even if their company is at fault. The staff was very evasive about the amount of liability the therapist will carry when I asked too. They are a startup, so keep in mind the company may fail and you are out of a job! Recruiters also lied about what was required at the company to make a fast buck for being head hunters. Advice: get all answers to questions in writing and don't believe verbal assurances, make sure the employment contract matches what they say to you.

Pros

The wonderful co-workers, that’s literally it.

Cons

The CEO is the root cause of every employee’s misery. I repeat the CEO is the problem. They are incapable of leading their team, there’s always plans and goals but no proper direction. You are just expected to know what to do and if you fail to give unrealistic hourly updates they will berate you and call you incompetent, useless and make you question your worth as a person. They are always about growth and yet are unable to address the internal problems within the company. They’d rather use band aids to fix the cracks of a leaking glass than find a proper solution to fix the problems in the company. There is no sense of structure in the company, you are expected to report to the CEO even despite having a manager. The gossip culture in this company is also insane, never in my life have I heard a CEO constantly belittle and talk awful nonsense about their team behind their backs and mentioning information that is considered confidential. The company once upon a time had a chance to grow and prosper but the CEO has run their own company down to the ground. The moral is very low, everyone is scared to come into work in fear they could be potentially fired or blamed for not being able to do their job properly. If you had to talk to any former or current employee about working here they’d give you the same words of advice: RUN. Run as far as you can and do not look back, you will be wasting your time and mental health here. The CEO will make you question your worth as a person and you do not want to do that to yourself. Run as far as you can from the company, trust me. You do NOT want to work here.

Pros

The amazing colleagues I got to meet and work with

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. Exorbitant turn over. The pile of bodies this company is leaving behind in its wake is absurd. I have never seen anything like it. Since I started everyone has been fired or quit. CEO bashes, spreads rumors, and lies about employees. Compensation, Bonuses, and Equity are promised and dangled in front of you to get you to work unpaid overtime. They are never delivered. People are treated as objects and means to and end, everyone is replaceable, and human life is not valued. CEO Barks down from her throne about productivity and working harder, overwhelming employees with projects and deadlines, and then jets around the world to play CEO - while being propped up by a company she's killing. policies are introduced but they do not apply to senior management; actively ignores people who calls out their poor behavior. Every interaction deemed as hostile to the company, will be approached and framed in ways that give the company the leg up in the court of law. Approach with severe caution.
