Pros
well i met some good people there .. most have been fired though; the one boss didn't mind you going to dunkin donuts at any point as long as you were buying .. bosses would come and go as they pleased, never knew if they were going to show up for work or not ..
Cons
bad business sense .. no hr .. hostile work environment, 'do what i tell you' type atmosphere .. no safety regulations .. no incentives .. no pay raises .. no perks whatsoever .. slightly better than a sweatshop operating the cheapest way possible and questionably within the state laws and regulations

Pros
Can make frequent trips to go to a local convenient store while being paid on the clock. Additionally, you're allowed to go to a bar on your lunch break and the boss of the company picks up your tab here and there. Majority of the staff are very friendly. You can take up to five 15-minute breaks per day. Occasionally the administration will bring in snacks for everyone. The company will pay for half of your health care insurance costs.
Cons
Administration constantly fires employees and dumps the rest of the work load onto the remaining employees without raising their pay. They refuse to sign employee contracts and give a job title to anyone which allows them to assign any worker infinite responsibility for anything. There is no over-time. You only get 1 week vacation. Pay is generally low with everyone in the company.
