      Excellent Boss Great co workers Company growth and advancement Opportunities for progression Anti corporate culture Regular communication throughout Company understand a work/life balance We have clients that are top name brands and it is very rewarding to work with them

      Cons

      No company is perfect. We are growing and therefore our procedures are constantly evolving (constantly updating tech, remote working, onboarding) and obviously challenges come with that. However, with growth come opportunity and we can all define our own future in the company and the role we play in it.

      - Outstanding work culture with great flexibility and balance. - Understanding, approachable and supportive managers and colleagues. - Everyone is always available for help/advice when required. - Welcoming and friendly onboarding experience, even when done remotely during COVID-19. - Exciting opportunities to get involved in various tasks and projects. - Regular communication and activities, keeping work enjoyable at all times. - Company is very agile, change can happen quickly if needed. - The management team make it clear that your contributions are beneficial to the growth of the company. - You are not just seen as a number. You and your work are valued.

      Cons

      Due to being a start-up, this is quite an agile and fast-moving place to work which may be a challenge for some people. However, I have found this to be an exciting and fun way to work. Honestly, I can't think of a bad thing to say about the managers and employees, the role or the work environment at Total Chatbots.
