      No good reasons to work in Torque

      Cons

      Torque treats emoloyees very unfairly, the working conditions are very bad, staff is usually forced to work overtime, no benefits in place only statutory payments for sick/parental leave, no investment in employees, no trust in employees, all management cares about is money while setting up targets impossible to achieve.

      Short notice of staying extra 2 hrs even if you are ill and did your 8 hours you must stay extra 2 Not allowed holidays from october till april Only allowed drinking cold water even if it’s absolutely freezing in winter because they don’t put heating on One half hour break even if you work 9.5 hours in very cold environment Management don’t know if what they doing Supervisor can’t even speak good English hard to understand what they want

      Cons

      Summer hot around 35°c, winter cold one day 12°c next day 20°c. Phones switched off policy. Lack of respect like work camp.
