Pros

only one good thing is the PRODUCT toppr is a very good product its really helpful for iit and medical ,foundation ,boards and Olympiads. its the best in the market. This product has the power to take any coaching class head on in terms of price and quality education too.

Cons

reasons for leaving the company :- 1) "they will say its a 8-9 hours of job but sometimes you have to work 10 hours depending on the situation" but nothing as such you will start your day at 8:30 am in the morning by calling your client and do fix hours of day end. it is a 14-15 hour job. they will extract every energy from your body. 2) no extra is given for such relent less work. and the HR is highly unethical in talking and having conversation. zero trust in the employees and small talk and mind set. 3) its highly unorganized. "you have to visit at client's place and give a demo session and exract sales from them" - this was told at the time of interview. but they will manipulate you to make calls just like a call centre. 4) reimbursement is worse than anything. January month reimbursement you will get in feb 15 and never on time. you will have to tell them 100 times for an ID for the visiting card. the laptops that they provide is 2nd hand laptops which is in miserable condition and they will deduct from your salary if anything happned to the laptop.HR has a penut size knowledge about computers even with small hardware problems they will tell you in such a way that you have made a huge blunder. 5) you will have to travel 100- 150 kms on your two wheeler on a regular basis. no ACCIDENTAL COVERAGE and with such high amount of travelling the probability of accident will also increase. with such high usage of two wheeler, by the end of the 2nd month you will feel like its gonna dismantle and moreover they will not pay your two wheeler expense will will cost you around 3k every alternative month .

If you are looking to Join this organization be prepare for, *No personal life *Long working hours till late night even after 12 o'clock also *Warning letter aftet every 15 days for non performing guys. *Upper management does only tend to make fake promise for retain you *Forget about lunch and dinner *No breakfast provided by Company as per mention in website. *If you're taking leave meanwhile you are responsible for your own target during this period or else warning letter could be provided. After issued 3 warning letter (PIP) could be lead to termaninate. *You will be work as a tele caller then Education counsellor then a salesman and then after as a stubborn salesman for parents.

Salary on 5th of every month . If 5th falls on Sunday then on 7th . 2 days off on alternate weeks . (Tuesday & Wednesday) Birthday celebration with cake cutting every month end. Bring your own device - company will pay for your Laptop & mobile bills up to 450 rs.

Cons

1. If you are in sales , then your working time is from 11 - 9 according to ur offer letter , but actually it is from 9am - 12am . Forget about Personal life. 2. About sales target - every hour daily targets will change . And end up with double LOP. 3. Incentives - Seriously !! . While job training They talk about incentive schemes for hours Like our FM presenting our budget in parliament. So many wonderful packages and schemes . Ground Reality was Zero. If u r eligible for 15 k in jan and u will get it on March 15 . In between feb will come . They will make sure ur feb target is Himalayan high and how hard you try, You won’t achieve it and due to that your 15 k jan incentive will de deducted by 60% and tax also be cut. Instead of 15 k u will get around 6k. 4. Conveyance: Need to do min 2-3 home demos daily. And no conveyance will be reimbursed. u need to wait for 2-3 months to get your reimbursement. But in training it will be said that every Friday u gonna get all ur payments. Unfortunately every week has Friday and they didn’t specify which Friday was that so called payment day. 5. Interview Process : it will be so nice till the time you accept the offer letter. and leave the current company . They u r trapped . No way out . Then starts training OJT / AST etc. 90% of employees will work for One month get the salary and catch the next train and go to their home . Resigned due to personal reason. Lol.
