Pros

Flexibility and work life balance. Famils and cheap tours. Good environment for early 20 somethings who love to travel, drink and fit in with the crowd.

Cons

Clicky and too informal. If you don't get approval from the cool kids, you won't be made welcome. No support from Senior Management/HR/Leadership. Negative environment. Overworked. Underpaid. Not appreciated

- Chance to travel and see places if group travel is your thing - Great workmates and good team spirit

Cons

- Extremely political, especially between international offices - Run by a bunch of ex trip leaders who are used to be in front of the bus on a microphone but have very little idea of how to run a business - Low pay for work effort - Unorganised circus
