Pros

work from home good pay

Cons

-rebrand with a huge list of services which the company cannot fulfill -rely on partners who are unreliable and expensive -micromanagement results in weekly calls to discuss deals. These calls include the CEO, CCO, COO and CFO… to comment on a sales cycle when they have no sales experience… to say these calls are unproductive would be an understatement -non existent onboarding. I had 8 client calls in my first 2 days with 0 training and nobody else on the call to support (no I am not joking) -mass redundancies across the service and support teams -toxic management -threats to dock commission payments if new (additional) processes are not followed -average around 20 new client calls a week, mostly unqualified leads from a BDR team who believe we can do everything that is stated on the website which is simply not the case

Pros

The pay was decent, although no autonomy or flexibility AND expected to work well beyond reasonable means with little to no resources and support

Cons

Very toxic culture from the top to mid level management. Consistently gasslighting employees and insisting things will improve without making any changes. No positive recognition ever recieved until you raise concerns about mental health /work load etc.

Terrible place to work

Pros

Work from home and fairly diverse.

Cons

Micro managing, and daily hour-long morning and end of day meetings to go through a mail inbox. Out of 7 working hours in the day, 2 whole hours are completely wasted by sitting in a pointless meeting with at least a dozen participents going through an inbox when things could be better arranged so people have their work and get on with it. Bear minimum pay but expected to work overtime to complete a heavy workload, despite no overtime pay. A large portion of the team is underqualified foreign grads to save moeny on hiring and tax, which means a bunch of time wasted and more employees needed. Completely disorganised. Because of this there is also little to no employee discretion, and people are expected to follow overly strict procedures for which results in more micro managing. Zero oppertunities for progression, and no room to make any business suggestions.
