      Pros

      They give good demonstrations and I have to enter at least twenty words here.

      Cons

      Constantly being pulled in different directions by Chairman, insufficient resources, no effective marketing, lots of employee turnover including many senior managers.

      Keeps missing quarterly earnings yet tells everyone excuses after quarter that they lost money and it's a one time thing - and we keep hearing this every quarter Top Image Systems is ruining eGistics Employees are worried and putting their resumes out No real competitive advantage, average technology
