      Very interesting company with great vision. Overall, most co-workers are very pleasant to work with.

      Very heavy workload, most departments understaffed for the demands. Fair amount of turn around.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for just under 3 months and am LOVING it! The people there are very team oriented and they take great care of their own. What a great culture to be in - I actually look forward to going to work, which hasn't happened for so many years. Wonderful support, great work/life balance and I look forward to growing within the company - already feel like a full-fledged team member!

      Cons

      Can't think of anything right now - have honestly not ran into anything negative. Everywhere will have it's pros and cons - but so far, loving it so much!
