      Pros

      Team based environment, flexible schedule, and a great group of co-workers.

      Cons

      Sub par communication on many things. Not a very competitive compensation package: insurance is "okay" and days off/vacation time is the bare minimum. However, like stated above, my supervisors are very willing to work with my schedule.

      I got left alone to get details done. Laid back if needed to take off

      Cons

      Training was lack luster. Trying to make things more efficient and streamline always meet with people fighting back. Trying to get tooling was a battle as well. Big on using china
