      Pros

      An opportunity to meet new people.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is all over, lots of right words and no right actions. Lots of rumors, no clear communication. Super smart management, but no soft skills at all. Can’t really express your opinion without risk of being put on a blacklist. People work long hours (which is understandable, considering the startup nature), but the general atmosphere is very nervous.

      Did the right thing and the future is bright

      Pros

      A few months a few rotten apples left which was long overdue. Ever since then - the office has been far more fun and productive. Weekly game nights, collaborative work with no politics, and a few wonderful new teammates are making all the difference in the world. Please don't ruin this for us - only come if you're friendly and egoless and work well with peers.

      Cons

      Fast-growth company, changes, a lot of work pushing things forward quickly.

      Pros

      It's nice to know that you're working for a company that has the ultimate goal of helping thrid world countries better predict weather any everything that comes along with that. Work from anywhere is a nice feature.

      Cons

      They have had 2 major layoffs in the past two years. The sales org has the highest churn of any sales org I've seen in my 20 years of being in sales. The average deal size is incredibly low and those are few and far between. There just isn't money to be made.
