Pros

They are no pros...if u are planning to join Toluna..dont sign SLA.

Cons

They want u to sign a bond for 3 years. Do not do that. Salary structure is pathetic. 13k for the freshers. Experience people dont get more than 23k. Management sucks. Conpany only talks aboit their revenues..dont care about employees at all.

Pros

The other Project Managers were amazing! Great teammates, very supportive and always had my back. I would have quit months ago if it wasn't for my teammates.

Cons

Where to begin? The company is cheap! Low salaries, low to no investment in IT, Engineering, or R&D. They claim to be a "digital leader with world class technology" and a "technology company changing market research". There is a 5.5 year backlog of IT changes waiting to be implemented. You're not a "digital leader with world class tech" if you have IT upgrades that stretch back 5.5 years! Absolutely no policy of grooming employees for advancement. Seniority is the only qualification for advancement, and once you start on a career track (i.e. a Project Manager), you cannot get off that career path for a minimum of 5 years. It doesn't matter if you have advanced academic training in other areas (e.g. MBA), you are going to have to wait 5 years to move to an MBA position. Sexual harassment and gender discrimination are routinely overlooked by HR and ignored. When I went to HR about this treatment, I was told that my manager would be required to take "management training courses". When I pushed back and said that this meant I still had to put up with an abusive environment, I was fired.

Good and bad - more bad than good

Pros

Learned a lot while I was there and had some great mentors. Lots of smart engineers to bounce ideas off and collaboration was good.

Cons

If you're not part of the clique, you have little hope of making it there. There is one department that seems to rule the office in North Andover and if you aren't on good terms with the director of that department, you'll be on the list. This particular person keeps track of all comings and goings and has spreadsheets of when people come in, go to lunch, leave, etc. If you're not on their good side, they will complain to their upper management until you are put on a "performance improvement plan", which is really just waiting it out until they can fire you. I felt like I lost some of my integrity while working there just in an attempt to fit in and ensure that I wouldn't be fired.
