      Bad moral and company culture

      Pros

      Glamourous products - for the one who can afford them. Shiny surface.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability, chaotic environment, unhuman treatment. No work-life balance, no respect for privat life and privat appointments (in your free time). I met here authorities who throw orders, but unfortunately no leaders who inspire and motivate. No recognition of performance. Nonetheless; frustrated colleagues and therefore, big fluctuation.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere of work, people are friendly and the location is very elegant. You will have some good benefits regarding the internal canteen and the internal gym. You will also have the possibility of learning important tricks and skills regarding the italian fashion process.

      Cons

      Very poor perspective, the people working there are too static, the management is very "old school", the "decision making" is only for a very few people, nobody can come up with new ideas. It is not a dynamic place for working, there isn't space for personal growth. In other words, it is a very old style perspective where the employees are only working inside their boundaries.
