Pros

When the product functions as it should, it's a game changer.

Cons

The executive team, led by the CEO, has no idea what happens in the real world. They pick favourites and "act the part" to the rest of the company to make it seem like they care. In reality, they could care less. They lie about the company financial state every month during full all-hands meetings by making it sound like everything is going great, but in reality goals are missed every quarter and they blame the individual contributors who have had zero direction or stability. There is absolutely no emphasis on career development, the CEO is nowhere to be found when asked about this several times by the individual contributors and leaders. They did a round of layoffs, lied and said it would not happen again, only to proceed to do another round of layoffs the same time a year later. The way they handle letting people go is very sad, they don't treat people who busted their behinds for them as people, instead they give the boot and don't even show an ounce of appreciation. They then speak poorly of those individuals let go to folks still at the company.

Pros

The early days were great. Everything went downhill in Spring 2022 after the series B.

Cons

Its like the haves and the have nots. They give the best accounts and opportunities to a small group and expect everyone else to "grind" to do it all outbound. Leadership acts like they hear voiced frustrations, then does nothing to fix. They will do anything in their power to make sure certain people (often unproven) succeed. The product demand is completely based on the market. During COVID it was a hot product and now that things are back to normal, nobody wants it. There is a huge variance in base salaries, and they encourage you not to speak to others about it. They pay someone $60k and another $110k, yet they have the same performance goals to hit. Over time this causes discord and kills the morale. Lastly, they also fudge their financials every quarter to make it seem like they hit their goals. Every last day of the quarter, $1million+ in bookings gets pulled out of their butts (from existing clients), then those clients never actually buy the product. It is just to keep management's jobs and make the board feel like things are going well.

Pros

Big focus on Engineering!. The product platform is best in class. There is free Cold Brew in the office!

Cons

This is a company that will "Stop - Start" several more times before it's ready to compete on a bigger scale. The cycle of hiring then laying off then hiring then laying off creates the kind of risk that new people accepting offers should consider when they join, One of their value's is that they have got your back...it's not a value that they really understand so again take that with a pinch of salt when you come in. The departments are not aligned, they compete with each other a lot and if you shout loud you will be first in line (not good if your an introvert that just wants to get the job done).
