      Pros

      Close to home. Tries to be progressive. Technology is close to where it needs to be. Employees are friendly

      Cons

      over worked and underpaid. They need to review salaries and be more competitive in all positions and not just those positions that go to production. They all support production in some manner

      Pros

      Decent treatment and retention rate of salaried workers. Most of the people are great and fun to work with as long as you can keep a level head and use some common sense. Dental and eye insurance coverage is affordable and has very good coverage.

      Cons

      Hourly worker retention rate isn't great, salaried workers haven't had a raise in at least four years. Health insurance is more expensive compared to other I've had (same health insurance company but in different state) and the coverage isn't nearly as good.

      You will developed great skills to add to your resume, and future empowerment the aerospace industries.

      Cons

      I just read about the new titeflex expansion happening now in the laconia plant, Word of advise, do not apply to work for titeflex formerly known as Smiths tubular. Titeflex does not stand by their workers, their focus is on quantity, not quality. And no matter how much you cross train and break your back for them, no matter how many years, no matter the knowledge you posses you will not get paid what you're worth. Not a healthy environment to work in.
