Pros

Friendly and helpful office staff. Vacation time after a year. They promote from within. Always paid on time unlike other security companies and if they do make a mistake they try to fix it right away.

Cons

If someone calls off you have to hold over but that's any security company. I just am not a big fan of the overnight shift.

Good benefits, very laid back job esp overnight

Cons

No space for growth, backstabbing bosses they will throw you under the bus quickly, Mandated 4 hours if someone calls off. You’re always at fault they company don’t have their employee’s back, they want you to use your PTO the way they want you to use them. They have favorites and will work you 9 days straight or 22 hours in a day if you let them. They have no morals when it comes to your sleep or family issues, the law don’t exist until you point it out to them. And if you don’t do what they ask, they will shorten your hours esp if you’re a RTO

The best thing about them is the loose scheduling which is not really great was all i could think on.

Cons

Mismanage my paycheck my pay was always wrong . the owners seem racist there are only white men at the top an they always belittling us officers. Hours and scheduling was very loose they always messing up the schedule and pay i dont know how they still in business when they not staffing properly.
