Freedom... the ability to balance life.

Unfortunately after about the first month of employment (once they have sent everything you need, and you have bought what you need) communication just fizzled away from the Regional (your boss) While this could be a unique occurrence. There seems to be no accountability for them, or the consultants. The only thing that I receive from corporate are (bulk emails) We begun with Monday meetings.. every Monday morning at 830, then our regional "got too busy" their words, and we begun skipping the video calls, which then just turned into no calls, emails, texts. Again... candidate beware... they will mention that the product just sells it's self, but be caution of something that appears so easy. In regards to the interview... there wasn't one... everything was done over the phone, nothing in person. This should have been a red flag to begin with.

The brainwashing worked at first, but then reality set in

No support, always having to pay for all your marketing and leads, prices for products way to high and if you have to change the pricing, they want you to drop your commission. The owner is greedy and will take your money at will. Run from this company

-Incredibly unprofessional senior management -Very strong sense of entitlement by management to the un-salaried labor and time of Independent Contractors -Pay for a job ("invest in your future/dream", etc.) = no better than MLM, in my assessment -Stop with the propaganda campaign of compelling your employees to leave positive reviews here (note all the positive reviews - 9 of them - posted within a week of each other, coinciding with an edict issued at a sales meeting). -Stop poor-mouthing people who leave your company. That's very low-rent, and amateurish
